Recorded 07/08/20
Today’s complex technology landscape makes it progressively more difficult to deliver products with frictionless experiences that meet the evolving interoperability demands of your customers. Engineering teams are under enormous pressure to discover defects, user experience issues, critical feature gaps, and in-the-wild interoperability problems before releasing a product.
In this presentation, Luke Freiler will show you how to expand your testing strategy through structured Alpha, Beta, and Delta Tests that leverage real users outside the lab to support your agile and continuous delivery methods. You’ll learn how to use a guided tour of product experiences to gather issues, ideas, and praise to evaluate and improve the stability, satisfaction, and maturity of your product.
Webinar Takeaways:
- Understand what makes Customer Validation difficult in modern development.
- How to broaden your testing environments with rapid experienced based user testing – saving money, time, and resources.
- How to analyze the real user data so you take action on what’s most impactful to your customers.
