Q-TAP = Quality-Team Administration Professional
You’ve been in QA for a while. You have put in your dues and now you are beginning to move up. You are the new Team Lead. Or—Congratulations—you are a new Manager. Perhaps you are in a very small team and are the senior member, management is looking to you to mentor and teach even though you are not officially titled. Or maybe you have been managing for years and are just looking for ideas on how you can improve and take it to the next level.
If you are in any of these roles you have responsibilities for managing people as well as products.
In this 2-hour webinar bootcamp we will explore ideas on how we develop management traits and skills. How do we separate people from products? Discuss ideas about what we do on a day-to-day basis to help our team members stay focused and happy. Discuss techniques on what to do when things are not going so well.
*Okay, Q-TAP is not a real certification, but it is comprised of real learning.
Following this webinar, you will be able to answer the following questions:
- How do I get started?
- What do I need to know?
- What resources are available for me?
- Where do I turn for help?
- How am I going to be measured?
- How do I fit in?
